1. How many levels deep does this affiliate program go?
5 Across is a multi straight line payment system so it does not have levels like a matrix. There are a total of five lines which you can choose to participate in.

2. How will I get paid?
All payments are done through Alert Pay only. Pay outs are done every Friday to all members who have completed their cycle for any given line

3. How much can I earn with this program?
The earning potential with 5 Across is virtually unlimited as each time you cycle from a line you receive a free re entry into that line. Each line pays $8.00 when you cycle and a matching bonus of $5.00 when your referrals cycle NO MATTER WHICH LINE THEY CYCLE OUT OF!!

4. What is the minimum balance I must make before I can request a payment?
There is no minimum balance required and you do not have to request a pay out. We pay 7 days a week to all members who have cycled out. You can view your balance at any time in your Account Center.

5. How long before I can start earning money?
You have the potential to start earning as soon as you sign up. You will be able to use your referral link to refer others to 5 Across for which you will receive a $5.00 bonus when they cycle from a line. Get the full story HERE

6. How are matching bonuses paid??
Matching bonuses are added to your account total and you will receive them when you receive a pay out

7. After joining I decided I do not like your program. Can I get my money back?
Due to the nature of the program 5 Across has a strict no refund policy as you receive access to down loads and member bonuses when you join

8. Can I advertise on site?
Yes. Every member can add free banners to be displayed on our pages

9. Why is your membership by subscription only?
We chose to use a subscription fee payment plan after seeing how the lines became "bogged" down and stop moving with many one time fee programs. With subscriptions there are always new positions created every month when the subscriptions renew which eliminates the problem of "stuck lines"

10. Can I have more than one account?
Yes if you think you need one however since you can purchase additional positions any time you want from your account area there really is no need. There is no limit however when planning it out please remember that accounts are subscription based which means they must be paid each time or you risk losing your account.

11. If I purchase more positions does it count as a referral?
No.If you purchase extra positions they are added to your existing account and do not count as a referral. If you wish to refer yourself you must create and pay for another account.

12. How many people does it take to create a cycle?
One person will cycle for every 4 new entries into an individual line.
